We’re delighted to shine a spotlight on some outstanding members of our county team, recognised at this year’s Green Beret 2024 event. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and years of commitment have helped shape Scouting across our county, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate their achievements.

- Mike Shurety, County Chair – Honoured for an incredible 20 years of service.
- Claire Stevens, County Secretary – Recognised for an impressive 25 years of service.
- Ian Greaves, County Scouter – Marking an extraordinary 40 years of service.
- Kayleigh Malone, County Youth Lead – Awarded the Wood Badge for her outstanding leadership and commitment.
Each of these volunteers has made a lasting difference, inspiring young people and volunteers alike. Their passion and commitment are at the heart of everything we do in Scouting.
